YJ-8146H Fully Automatic Rosin Softening Point Tester
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the *2020 Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China for the determination of the softening point of rosin. It is an upgraded product of the latest softening point tester developed by our company and is suitable for testing the softening point of substances such as rosin. According to the pharmacopoeia requirements, an appropriate amount of the sample is taken for the softening point test, and the test is conducted in accordance with the regulations (General Rule 2102: Method for Determination of Softening Point of Plasters). The heating rate should be approximately 5.0°C ± 0.5°C per minute, and the softening point should not be lower than 76.0°C. This instrument also complies with the softening point testing requirements specified in GB/T 8146-2003 Test Methods for Rosin.
I. Main Technical Features
1. Equipped with computer intelligent control, laser automatic detection, LCD touch screen human-machine interface, and lead screw stepper motor lifting technology, it features linear heating, uniform bath liquid stirring, and automatic sample detection. It is a highly automated, fast, convenient, and accurate rosin softening point tester.
2. The instrument heats the solution medium and rosin via heating tubes, and uses a magnetic stirrer to ensure uniform temperature in the beaker. The controller employs an interpolation algorithm to control the output, enabling the medium to rise linearly at 5°C per minute. During the heating process, the rosin in the test ring gradually softens. When the softening temperature is reached, the rosin in the sample ring slowly descends in the form of droplets under the gravity of the steel ball. The average temperature at which the rosin in the two sample rings contacts the lower baffle is recorded as the softening point temperature.
3. The instrument mainly consists of a chassis support, touch screen human-machine interface, lead screw lifting system, heating and temperature regulation system, laser detection system, and magnetic stirring system.
4. To facilitate experimental operation and ensure stable lifting of components within the beaker, a test platform is designed. The test components are suspended and positioned on the test platform, which is driven by a lead screw to descend smoothly and accurately, ensuring the laser beam closely aligns with the upper side of the lower baffle.
5. The testing process features animated simulation displays, touch operation, and a human-machine interactive interface, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.
6. Temperature control utilizes a slope interpolation algorithm for precise heating, program control, and real-time temperature regulation.
7. The separate magnetic stirring system employs stepless speed adjustment for more uniform temperature distribution.
8. Laser beam automatic detection judges sample descent with strong anti-interference capability and high sensitivity.
9. Equipped with specialized rosin sample rings to ensure accurate test results.
10. This product has been awarded a national qualification certificate, with registration number: Ruan Zhu Deng Zi No. 6089527.
