The basic principle of the fully automatic infrared spectrophotometric oil analyzer is that when monochromatic light passes through the sample solution, its energy is absorbed. The degree of light absorption is proportional to the concentration of the substance being measured, in accordance with the Lambert-Beer law: A=log(1/T)=log(I0/I)=a×b×c. It complies with national standards including: HJ 637-2018 "Water Quality - Determination of Petroleum and Animal and Vegetable Oils by Infrared Spectrophotometry", "GB3838-2002 Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water", "GB18483-2001 Emission Standard for Cooking Fumes", and "GB18918-2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants". This instrument is primarily used for measuring oil content in surface water, groundwater, and industrial wastewater, as well as for monitoring oil in fumes from the catering industry and oil content in solids. It is a professional instrument for measuring oil content in water, gas, and solids.
