[Properties] White or colorless crystals. Non-hygroscopic. Bitter taste. When absolutely dry, sodium fluoroborate does not corrode glass. Relative density (20°C) 2.47. Melting point 384°C (decomposition). Easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol. Decomposes upon contact with sulfuric acid. Toxic!
[Applications] Used as a resin finishing catalyst in the textile printing and dyeing industry, as an oxidation inhibitor, as a refining flux for non-metals, in coatings, fluorinating agents, etc.
[Packaging] Packed in plastic woven bags with polyethylene plastic liners, 25kg/bag.
