KD-L312 Heat Transfer Oil Cleaner by Caddy, Non-Corrosive

Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L312 thermal oil furnace cleaner is a water-based thermal oil cleaning agent with strong penetration, dispersion, solubilization, and emulsification effects. It has excellent cleaning capabilities for oil stains and dirt, with super degreasing and stain removal performance. It can remove 1-10mm thick thermal oil coke deposits with a cleaning efficiency of over 90%. This product was awarded the gold medal at the 3rd Shandong Science and Technology Expo. During the cleaning of thermal oil furnaces, 0-3000g of thermal oil coke deposits, 1-10mm thick, can be observed on the furnace filter; the waste thermal oil cleaning agent may contain 0.01%-1.5% thermal oil coke deposits. After cleaning, the color of the cleaning agent turns brownish-black.

Application scope of Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L312 thermal oil furnace cleaner:

Used for cleaning thermal oil furnaces widely used in various industries (petroleum, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, plastics, building materials, heating), or heat exchange equipment using thermal oil as the working medium.

When cleaning the thermal oil furnace system, the following operating procedures should be observed:
1. Drain the old oil.

2. Open the operating valve and fill with clean water. Use the heating furnace to raise the water temperature to 80℃±5℃. Switch the relevant valves of each reactor in the system to ensure all parts of the system circulate separately for three hours.
3. Open all low-point drain valves in the system to discharge the water.

4. Add the cleaning agent at a dosage of 10% of the total circulating oil volume in the system. Start the circulation pump and use the heating furnace to heat the cleaning agent to 80℃±5℃. The total cleaning time should be no less than 12 hours.

5. Rinse ①: Fill the system with clean water, start the circulation pump to rinse the system.
6. Rinse ②.
7. Rinse ③.

8. After draining, use compressed air to blow out any remaining water in the system until it is completely discharged.
9. Add new oil: Inject new thermal oil into the system.
10. Dehydration: The dehydration method is equivalent to the standard for new systems before use.
