I. Product Features
The TZ-700a steering parameter tester is an intelligent testing instrument independently developed by Zibo Taizhan Electronic Products Co., Ltd., with a high-performance single-chip microcomputer at its core. By using a clamping device to secure the tester onto the steering wheel, it ensures the instrument is firmly fixed, preventing any accidental loosening during testing. The force sensor directly measures the tangential force applied to the steering wheel without the need for conversion. Angle measurement employs an angular velocity sensor for accurate testing. The instrument uses a 12-bit high-performance successive approximation A/D converter for digital-to-analog conversion, offering fast sampling speed and high conversion accuracy during measurement. Equipped with a dot-matrix LCD screen as the display device, it provides Chinese character prompts and real-time test data display, making it clear, intuitive, and easy to use. It also features a standard RS-232 interface, allowing test results to be sent to other host computers for flexible integration into online testing and data acquisition systems.
