ATRON® SP 200

Aqueous-based cleaner for removing baked flux residues

ATRON® SP 200 is an aqueous alkaline surfactant-based cleaning solution specifically designed for removing baked flux residues from soldering fixtures and condensation tubes. ATRON® SP 200 is also highly effective at eliminating solder paste from stencils. It can be used in spray cleaning equipment, ultrasonic cleaning systems, or air-assisted cleaning devices.

Advantages over other cleaning solutions:

• Easy to operate and convenient to use
• Service life is 3–10 times longer than traditional surfactant-based cleaners. Reduced frequency of solution changes directly leads to less wastewater requiring treatment, thereby lowering process costs
• Excellent material compatibility with aluminum and epoxy surfaces
• No need for defoaming agents
• No organic deposits in the rinsing unit
• ATRON® SP 200 can also be used for cleaning conveyor belts or manually removing repeatedly baked flux residues, such as in reflow oven maintenance and similar applications
