Water-based flux cleaner
An alkaline water-based cleaning agent designed for spray cleaning applications, effectively removes flux residues from lead frames, discrete devices, power modules, and power LED surfaces, and performs equally well in cleaning low-pitch PCBA applications. Particularly effective in treating severely oxidized and contaminated copper surfaces.
