VIGON® A 200 is an aqueous-based cleaning fluid specifically designed for medium to high-pressure spray cleaning processes, suitable for equipment such as inline spray and batch spray systems. Based on ZESTRON's patented MPC micro-phase cleaning technology, VIGON® A 200 is particularly effective at removing flux residues from surfaces of electronic assemblies, ceramic substrates, power devices, and lead frames. The application of VIGON® A 200 ensures the highest level of cleanliness required for subsequent processes such as wire bonding and surface coating.
