ZESTRON® FA+ is a solvent-based cleaning fluid used to remove various flux residues from electronic assemblies, ceramic substrates, power devices (power modules, lead-frame type discrete devices, power LED devices), and packaged devices (flip chips, CMOS devices). ZESTRON® FA+ offers excellent cleaning performance and extremely high loading capacity, ensuring a very long service life.
