Flux Cleaner
A water-based pH-neutral flux cleaner designed for power electronics and PCBA cleaning applications, suitable for spray equipment, effectively removes flux residues and offers excellent material compatibility. It can be used for flux removal in lead frames, discrete devices, power modules, power LEDs, and PCBA, and demonstrates outstanding deoxidation performance on copper surfaces.
