ZESTRON® CO 150 is a solvent-based cleaning fluid developed for immersion ultrasonic cleaning processes. ZESTRON® CO 150 can be used undiluted as a pre-cleaner or mixed with HFE solvent as a co-solvent. It is particularly suitable for removing flux residues from various leaded and lead-free no-clean solder pastes on electronic assemblies, power modules, and lead-frame discrete devices.
