VIGON® RC 101 is a water-based cleaning agent based on MPC micro-phase cleaning technology, specifically designed to remove various baked flux residues from reflow ovens and wave soldering machines. VIGON® RC 101 effectively eliminates repeatedly condensed flux and overflow substances from electronic assemblies in the oven.

Advantages over other cleaning fluids:

VIGON® RC 101 has no flash point, allowing it to be used directly on cooled or still-warm ovens (30–40°C).
VIGON® RC 101 leaves no residue after cleaning and drying, preventing harmful substance condensation on electronic assemblies when the oven is restarted.
