Product Use and Performance Characteristics

This product is widely used for removing stubborn coatings and adhesive residues such as old and new paint, rubber spray coatings, and adhesive layers from surfaces including stainless steel, iron, marble, and various metals.

It can quickly remove adhesive or paint layers that are difficult or slow to eliminate with conventional removers. It maintains the original color of metal substrates like stainless steel, operates at room temperature, is non-flammable, safe, convenient, fast-acting, and non-corrosive to the substrate.

Usage Method

1. Preparation: Pour the adhesive remover into a plastic or stainless steel container.

2. Treatment Process: Place the workpiece to be treated into the working solution and soak at room temperature. The specific time depends on the type of workpiece and adhesive, determined through experimentation, until the adhesive layer completely falls off. Remove, drain thoroughly, rinse with plenty of water, and dry before proceeding to the next step.

3. For stringent adhesive removal requirements, prepare multiple buckets of working solution. After removal in one bucket, transfer to the next, and so on, until the adhesive residue is completely removed without any traces.

Precautions

1. It is recommended to use opaque polyethylene plastic containers during operation, with the opening covered by an opaque lid.

2. This product is corrosive to the human body. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and skin. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with water.

3. Wear acid-resistant gloves, goggles, masks, and other protective equipment during operation, and ensure the workshop is well-ventilated.

4. Store in a cool place, with the bucket lid not too tight (preferably slightly ajar).
