             ZX-900 High-Efficiency Multi-Functional Descaling Agent

ZX-900 This product is mainly composed of maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer, surfactants, copper corrosion inhibitors, and specialized metal corrosion inhibitors for stainless steel and carbon steel. It is easily soluble in water and can quickly remove rust scale, water scale, sludge, etc., from the inner walls of water system pipelines and heat exchangers. It rapidly cleans metal surfaces and keeps them in an active state, inhibiting equipment corrosion. Suitable for cleaning all types of rust scale, water scale, and biological sludge formed due to the recirculation of water.

II.        Quality Indicators of Descaling Agent:

Appearance: White crystals;

Density: (g/cm³) 1.3+0.5;

     pH (1% aqueous solution): 2.0;

Solid content: 99.5%.

III.        Usage Method of Descaling Agent:

Add this product to the circulating water pool, control pH to 2-4 (adjusted using this product). Adjust the dosage according to the amount of fouling. Circulate and clean for 8-10 hours until no bubbles are produced. When the circulating water becomes noticeably turbid, replace with clean water, discharge waste, and resume normal operation.

IV. Packaging and Storage 

Packaging: 25kg kraft paper bag with inner plastic bag. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 24 months.
