I. Main Uses of Central Air Conditioning Cleaner:

Central air conditioning circulating cooling water contains a large amount of saline substances, corrosion products, and various microorganisms. Even treated water contains dissolved solids, gases, and various suspended particles to varying degrees. The presence of these substances can cause issues such as sedimentation, corrosion, and microbial (algae, sludge) growth. After a period of operation, the water side of central air conditioning systems can accumulate significant calcium and magnesium carbonate scale and microbial sludge. These deposits firmly adhere to the inner surface of copper tubes, leading to deteriorated heat transfer, increased circulation pressure, reduced operational efficiency of the unit, and substantial economic losses. These issues pose risks to the safe operation of central air conditioning systems. Chuangxiang brand central air conditioning cleaner is used for cleaning and descaling the cooling circulating water side of central air conditioning systems, ultimately ensuring that the cooling circulating water side is clean, improving the cooling efficiency of the circulating water, restoring the cooling effect of the central air conditioning system, while also saving electrical energy for the engine and extending the service life of the central air conditioning system.

II. Outstanding Features of Central Air Conditioning Cleaner:

Central air conditioning cleaner is a specialized cleaning agent for the circulating cooling water and chilled water systems of air conditioning refrigeration units. It overcomes the shortcomings and deficiencies of previous cleaning methods, providing reliable technical assurance for the safe, stable, economical, and long-term operation of refrigeration units.

(1) Fully considering the specific circumstances of users, the cleaner is organically compounded from cleaning agents, bactericides, algicides, dispersants, penetrants, and efficient corrosion inhibitors. No additional additives are required during use, simplifying and facilitating on-site cleaning installation and operation;

(2) High corrosion inhibition efficiency, fast cleaning speed, simple and convenient treatment of cleaning wastewater, facilitating post-cleaning pre-filming of materials;

(3) Effectively inhibits galvanic corrosion of copper alloy-carbon steel composite parts during the acid cleaning process of copper tubes; strong resistance to Fe3+ and Cu2+ accelerated corrosion;

(4) The main cleaning and descaling agent selected is an organic series, ensuring safety for equipment, thorough descaling, and low corrosion rates; it is essentially non-corrosive and non-toxic to operators, with simple operation and high safety and reliability. Additionally, this product does not contain toxic or harmful substances and can be discharged after simple neutralization treatment, ensuring safety and environmental protection. III. Scope of Application of Central Air Conditioning Cleaner

(1) Suitable for various types of air conditioning units, it can clean the circulating water systems and low-temperature water systems of condensers, evaporators, and absorbers in central air conditioning units, as well as equipment such as hot water boilers and water-cooled jackets of diesel generator sets;

(2) Applicable materials: copper, copper-nickel alloys, carbon steel, aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and other materials.

V. Usage Method of Central Air Conditioning Cleaner:

(1) Chemical cleaning process: Water rinse → Acid cleaning for descaling → Water rinse → Passivation;

(2) Disconnect other systems unrelated to the cooling coil, and connect the cleaning tank and cleaning pump to the cooling coil to form a closed cleaning loop;

(3) Check for leaks in the cleaning system under simulated cleaning conditions, while removing loose contaminants from the coil. When no large particles are visible in the outlet rinse water, the water rinse is complete;

(4) Circulate and add "Central Air Conditioning Cleaner" into the cleaning tank, controlling the concentration of the main cleaning agent between 3-5% and the temperature between 50-60°C. Perform circulating cleaning and decontamination within the system for about 2-3 hours. Periodically measure the pH of the acid solution with pH test paper (once every 20 minutes), maintaining it below 1. When the pH stabilizes within half an hour and no gas is released from the cleaning system, the acid cleaning process is complete;

(5) After the cleaning process is completed, perform a water rinse to remove residual sludge and debris. When the visible impurities at the outlet are minimal and the pH is greater than 6, the water rinse is complete;

(6) After the water rinse is qualified, circulate and add "Passivation Pre-filming Agent" for passivation treatment to improve the corrosion resistance of the tubing. Stop circulation once the solution concentration is uniform throughout the system, and soak for 2-3 hours. Discharge the passivation solution from the system, and the cleaning process is complete.

VI. Precautions for Central Air Conditioning Cleaner:

(1) Not for consumption;

(2) Wear appropriate protective equipment during handling and operation;

(3) Shelf life: 2 years.
