Structural Characteristics
Constructed from HT200 cast iron, equipped with a dual sealing structure comprising a rubber soft sealing ring and a metal water-stop auxiliary, limiting forward seepage to within 0.7L/min·m. The bidirectional rotation mechanism utilizes an L-shaped guide rail to enable sliding connection between the gate plate and the mounting plate, working in conjunction with a reset spring and sloped groove to ensure sealing effectiveness.

Covers PZ and PYZ series, with inlet diameters ranging from Φ200 to Φ1200 across 8 specifications. The opening/closing force is adjustable within 1-2T, and the opening/closing speed ranges from 0.2-1.5m/min. Supports a maximum medium temperature of 30°C, with an ambient temperature adaptability range of -20°C to 120°C.
Installation and Maintenance
Must be installed with a slope ≤30° to the horizontal plane, using secondary pouring technology to fix the base. Post-installation requires no-load opening/closing tests and a 10-meter head load test. Routine maintenance involves applying grease to rotating parts quarterly to prevent rust, and pausing turbulent flow to flush debris before closing.
