Structure and Performance
It adopts a cast iron gate frame, gate plate, and guide rails, with sealing surfaces inlaid with copper alloy or rubber, providing bidirectional sealing (forward leakage ≤0.7L/min·m). The sealing gap is ≤0.1mm and can be adjusted via wedges to maintain long-term sealing. The nominal pressure is ≤0.1MPa, with an applicable temperature range of -20℃ to 120℃ and a medium pH value of 5-10.
Installation and Usage
It supports various installation methods such as flanged and wall-mounted types, requiring adjustment of the sealing gap to below 0.3mm. It can be paired with manual, electric, or hydraulic hoists for remote control, with an opening and closing speed of ≥0.2m/min. The distance between the gate frame and the side wall is ≥300mm to ensure operational space.
