The bidirectional rotating gate is a water release control device primarily used for bottom openings in reservoir dams, featuring bidirectional opening and closing functions to meet irrigation and flood discharge needs.
Core Structure and Materials
Utilizes an HT200 cast iron main structure, with sealing surfaces that can be inlaid with copper alloy or stainless steel to enhance corrosion resistance, equipped with a dual-seal design comprising a rubber soft sealing ring and a metal water-stop auxiliary.
Drive Methods
Supports dual-mode operation via manual screw or electric drive, with an adjustable opening/closing force of 1-2 tons and an opening/closing speed of 0.2-1.5 meters per minute.
Installation Requirements
Must be installed on slopes ≤30°, using secondary pouring technology to ensure the sealing surface is parallel to the dam slope. The maximum medium temperature is 30°C, and the applicable ambient temperature ranges from -20°C to 120°C.

Lightweight Design: Weighs only one-third of conventional gates of the same specifications, with low foundation load requirements.
