Drive Methods
Manual/Electric Dual-Purpose: 8-25 tons can adopt a manual/electric dual-mode operation.
Electric Drive: 40-63 tons and above are typically electrically driven, with a double lifting point centralized drive recommended.
Structural Characteristics
It uses wire ropes or pulley group slings to connect to the gate, achieving lifting and lowering through a gear transmission system that winds or unwinds the wire ropes. It is available in two forms: single lifting point (single wire rope) and double lifting point (double wire ropes), with the double lifting point capable of synchronous operation via a connecting shaft.
Application Scenarios
Suitable for opening and closing radial gates in water conservancy facilities such as reservoirs, hydropower stations, and flood control projects, with a maximum capacity of up to 6000 kN hoisting force and a 120-meter travel. Some models support automation control interfaces and can reserve sensor interfaces for remote monitoring.

Non-standard designs are supported, including ancillary equipment such as trash cleaning machines and trash racks. Installation must be customized based on parameters like gate type and lift height, with a typical maintenance cycle of one year.
