Structural Characteristics
Designed with curved panels and primary-secondary beam grids, the gate body is made of cast iron or zinc-sprayed steel plates. The sealing surface can be inlaid with copper or stainless steel to enhance corrosion resistance. The sealing system uses P-type rubber water stops, with a designed forward water head capacity of up to 50 meters and a reverse pressure resistance of 20 meters. The leakage rate is ≤1L/h·m.

Installation requires thorough cleaning of the gate slot and strict control of welding quality. Maintenance involves regular lubrication of rotating components and adjustment of the braking stroke.
