Hand-operated hoist

Manual hoists, also known as hand-operated screw hoists, are auxiliary switching equipment matched with gates. They control the opening and closing of gates by manually rotating a handle to drive the screw's lifting mechanism, and are widely used in water conservancy projects, agricultural water infrastructure, and wastewater treatment. This equipment complies with the Ministry of Water Resources SD298-88 technical standard, supports customization for specifications ranging from 3 to 60 tons, and offers dual manual-electric models (such as the QD type), suitable for various terrains including mountainous and plain areas.
Its core structure includes a support frame, gear set, pressure bearing, nut, screw, and hand crank, utilizing a worm gear speed reduction mechanism to achieve flexible operation and directional speed change. The device is equipped with an anti-theft lock and a dual limit protection system, allowing self-locking at any gate position to ensure operational safety. Installation requires a base levelness of ≥90% and a screw axis verticality deviation of ≤3mm. During the debugging phase, no-load testing and upper/lower travel switch settings are necessary. Maintenance involves regular inspection of lubrication status, cleaning of oil residue, and tightening of bolts. On-site supervision is required during electric operation.
