Core Structure and Working Principle
The grab-type trash cleaning machine mainly consists of a hydraulic system, a rake bucket, limit switches, and a mobile driving device. During operation, the grab moves to the grid position that requires cleaning under the control of the limit switches. After the upper and lower frames are aligned, the rake bucket descends to perform the cleaning. For wide trash racks, the device automatically moves to the next position after completing the cleaning of one effective rake width. For grids distributed across multiple channels, it cleans each channel one by one until the water level difference returns to normal.
