Handwheel screw hoist (also known as manual screw hoist) is a mechanical device operated by manpower to control plane gates. It utilizes a worm gear speed reduction mechanism for flexible opening and closing, widely used in hydraulic engineering, agricultural water construction, and scenarios without power supply.
Core Structure
Composed of a support frame, gear set, pressure bearing, nut, screw rod, and hand crank. It employs manual driving of the gear transmission to achieve screw rod lifting and lowering, allowing the gate to self-lock at any position.
Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for small-scale hydraulic projects, farmland irrigation, river regulation, and other areas without power supply or in special terrains. Supports dual manual-electric models (such as QD type).
Installation Key Points
Base levelness must be ≥90%; vertical deviation of the screw axis should be ≤3mm;
No-load testing is required before installation; during debugging, the error of upper and lower travel switches should be set ≤1cm;
Equipped with anti-theft lock devices and a dual limit protection system.
