Rotary Rake

The rotary trash-cleaning machine is an automated device used for water treatment, achieving solid-liquid separation through mechanical structures. It is primarily applied in municipal sewage treatment, water purification plants, power plant intakes, and industrial wastewater pretreatment.
Core Structure and Working Principle
The equipment consists of a rake tooth chain forming a rotary screen structure. Driven by a motor, it rotates against the water flow direction, blocking and separating solid debris through the rotation of the rake tooth chain. When the rake tooth chain moves to the upper part of the equipment, self-cleaning is achieved via a guiding device, with solid materials falling by gravity or being removed by a scraper. The gap between the rake teeth is adjustable (1-50mm), accommodating separation needs for particles of different sizes.
