Suitable for hydraulic and hydropower projects, municipal construction, agricultural water conservancy, and power-deficient mountainous regions. It supports hoisting capacities ranging from 0.3 to 5 tons and is equipped with anti-theft locking devices and a dual limit protection system to ensure operational safety. ‌
Installation and Maintenance
Installation requires ensuring the base levelness is ≥90%, with the vertical deviation of the screw rod axis from the gate platform’s horizontal plane not exceeding 3mm. Debugging involves no-load and load tests to ensure smooth and noiseless operation. Routine maintenance includes regular checks of lubrication status, cleaning of oil residue, and tightening of bolts. On-site supervision is necessary during electric operation.
