Materials and Structure
The gate body is made of stainless steel or carbon steel coated with epoxy resin, offering corrosion resistance and resistance to acids and alkalis. The gate leaf and guide rails use high-strength stainless steel materials to ensure structural stability. The sealing device employs a rubber soft seal to achieve bidirectional water-stop effects. ‌
Function and Performance
‌Bidirectional Water-stop‌: After the gate is closed, the gate leaf is positioned at least 100mm above the design water level to prevent backflow.
‌Sealing Performance‌: Forward leakage ≤0.7L/min·m, reverse leakage ≤1.25L/min·m, ensuring effective water retention.
‌Operation Methods‌: Supports manual screw lifting, manual-electric dual-purpose hoists, or electric control, with an opening/closing speed ≥0.2m/min.
