The trash cleaning machine and the hoist are two different types of hydraulic machinery, but they are often used in combination:
Hoist
Used to open and close gates by operating the gate leaf through mechanical devices to achieve the opening and closing of the orifice. In hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering, the hoist is the core equipment for gate operation, directly affecting water flow control and project operation.
Trash Cleaning Machine
A fixed device that combines trash interception and cleaning, consisting of a screen body, cleaning rake, drive system, etc. It is mainly used at the inlets of pumping stations and hydropower plants to block and remove debris such as trees and garbage, preventing contaminants from entering the diversion channel and ensuring the normal operation of equipment.
The two are often used together: after the trash cleaning machine blocks debris, the hoist operates the gate to close or open, jointly maintaining the cleanliness and operational safety of hydraulic facilities.
