Structural Composition
It mainly consists of a support frame, gear set, pressure bearing, screw rod, hand crank, and wire rope transmission device. Manual rotation of the handle drives the screw rod to turn, which then activates the winch mechanism to raise or lower the gate via the wire rope.
Working Principle
It employs manual force to rotate the screw rod, which, after speed variation through the gear set, drives the drum to wind the wire rope, enabling gate movement. Leveraging the wire rope transmission characteristics of the winch, it allows precise gate positioning and includes anti-theft locks and a dual limit protection system for safety.

Suitable for gate control in water conservancy projects in accessible areas such as mountains and plains, with customizable specifications supporting 3-60 tons, and featuring both manual and electric operation capabilities.
Installation Requirements
Ensure the base levelness is ≥90%, with the vertical deviation of the screw axis ≤3mm. During the debugging phase, no-load testing and travel switch setup are required. Maintenance involves regular checks of lubrication status, cleaning of oil residue, and tightening of bolts.
