It is typically equipped with a speed-limiting device that restricts the descent speed to within 5 m/min when the gate approaches the sill, avoiding violent collisions and component damage.
Function and Application
Primarily used for controlling fixed gates in hydropower stations, reservoirs, and other hydraulic facilities, it offers both local and remote operation capabilities. The remote operation system uses DC power to control emergency rapid gate closure, ensuring emergency shutdown can be achieved even in the absence of AC power.
