Structure and Material
Made of gray cast iron or ductile iron, the main body features a circular structure with copper alloy strips or rubber embedded in the sealing surface. The guide rail length accounts for 1/2 to 1/3 of the total height, and the external arc design ensures uniform stress distribution. The gate and frame employ a bidirectional pressure-bearing structure, supporting wedge adjustment for sealing to compensate for gaps.

Installation and Maintenance
Supports embedded steel plate or bolt installation and requires linkage with a hoist for control. Routine maintenance involves checking the precision of transmission components and the sealing condition.
Application Scenarios
Primarily used in municipal water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, hydraulic hubs, and industrial water treatment projects, such as urban pipeline network junction wells, pump station inlets, and river flow interception. They enable remote or on-site control for water flow cutoff and water level regulation.
