Manual hoist (also known as hand-operated screw hoist) is a gate control device driven by human power, primarily used in hydraulic engineering, agricultural water construction, and scenarios without electricity supply. It supports self-locking of the gate at any position.
Core Structure
Mainly composed of a support frame, gear set, pressure bearing, nut, screw rod, and hand crank. It utilizes a worm gear speed reduction mechanism for flexible operation. Equipped with an anti-theft lock device and a dual limit protection system to ensure operational safety.

Installation Requirements
Base surface levelness must be ≥90%, and vertical deviation of the screw axis should be ≤3mm.
No-load testing and upper/lower travel switch settings are required before installation.
Regularly check lubrication status, clean oil residue, and tighten bolts.
