Structural Composition
Mainly composed of components such as the support frame, machine cover, screw rod, hand crank, and gear set. It utilizes a worm gear speed reduction mechanism to achieve directional speed change, equipped with an anti-theft lock device and a dual limit protection system. ‌
Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for gate control with hoisting force ranging from 0.3 to 100 tons, supporting manual operation or dual manual-electric models (such as the QD type), and adaptable to various terrain requirements including mountainous and plain areas. ‌
Installation Requirements
Installation must ensure a base levelness of ≥90% and a vertical deviation of the screw axis ≤3mm. During debugging, no-load and load tests must be conducted, and upper and lower travel switches should be set. ‌
Maintenance
Regular inspection of lubrication status, cleaning of oil dirt, and tightening of bolts are required. During electric operation, on-site supervision is necessary.
