The fully automatic straightening machine is designed to automatically detect and straighten various workpieces that have become bent or deformed during the production process. 1. During the automatic straightening process, the operator only needs to handle the loading and unloading of workpieces (automatic loading and unloading can also be configured). Tasks such as measuring the bending degree of the workpiece, locating straightening points, applying pressure for straightening, and inspecting the straightening effect are all automatically completed by the machine.

2. The equipment features software-based correction setting functionality to protect workpieces from being over-corrected, which could cause breakage or cracking.

3. The device provides digital display of the workpiece’s bending amount and an intuitive bar graph display. The fully Chinese human-machine interface is aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly, making it easy for operators to learn and operate.

The straightening software can perform statistical processing of previous straightening data, create and adjust straightening curves, and automatically apply correction values based on the degree of bending for rapid straightening. Depending on the characteristics of the workpiece, the system can set the straightening sequence of each measurement point according to the operator’s instructions.
