Seven Major Uses of Emery Products:

1. Sandblasting—Emery has moderate hardness, high bulk density, no free silica, high specific gravity, and good toughness, making it an ideal "environmentally friendly" sandblasting material widely used in aluminum profiles, copper profiles, glass, precision molds, and other fields.

2. Free Grinding—Applied in free grinding for cathode ray tubes, optical glass, monocrystalline silicon, lenses, watch glass, crystal glass, jade, and other fields. It is a high-grade grinding material widely used domestically.

3. Resin Abrasive Tools—With suitable color, good hardness, toughness, appropriate particle cross-section type, and edge retention, it can be used as a filler to replace 20%-30% of brown fused alumina in resin abrasive tools, achieving ideal results.

4. Coated Abrasives—Emery abrasive is the raw material for manufacturers of sandpaper, gauze, and other products.

5. Functional Filler—Mainly used in automotive brake components, special tires, special construction products, and other fields. It can serve as wear-resistant material for constructing highway pavements, airport runways, docks, parking lots, industrial floors, sports grounds, etc.

6. Filter Media—A new application field for emery, using granular emery as the bottom layer medium of filter beds to purify drinking water or wastewater. It is a novel water filtration material both domestically and internationally, particularly suitable for non-ferrous metal ore beneficiation and as a weighting agent for petroleum drilling mud.
