Sodium Benzoate, Industrial Grade

Physical and Chemical Properties: Mostly white powder, granules, or columnar form, odorless or with a slight benzoin aroma, slightly sweet taste with an astringent note. Stable in air, not easily decomposed at room temperature, highly soluble in water with a pH value of its aqueous solution around 8-9, and soluble in ethanol.

Applications:
