II. Reverse Osmosis Desalination Unit:
Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation process driven by a pressure gradient, which effectively removes dissolved salts, colloids, bacteria, and organic matter from water, much like a molecular filter. The reverse osmosis process is the reverse of natural osmosis. During operation, a pump is used to apply pressure to the saline solution to overcome the natural osmotic pressure, allowing water to pass through the reverse osmosis membrane while impurities such as dissolved salts are retained on the other side of the membrane. To prevent the accumulation of dissolved salt impurities from the raw water on the membrane surface, the concentrated water continuously flushes the membrane surface during operation, carrying away impurities from the concentrated water and the membrane surface, thereby completing the entire process of reverse osmosis desalination and purification.

PLC or DCS computer automatic control reduces membrane fouling speed, extends membrane lifespan, ensures stable operation, and automatically monitors and records operating parameters.
