[Application]
The rotary skimmer is independently developed by Jinyuan Group based on the digestion of foreign technology, specifically designed for sequencing batch bioreactor systems, with excellent hydraulic and mechanical performance. It ensures laminar flow into the effluent weir during the skimming process, with stable and adjustable skimming speed to maintain constant water output. It is a key equipment in the cyclic activated sludge process.

[Working Process]
During aeration and sedimentation phases, the skimmer is positioned above the highest water level in the main aeration zone. During skimming, it descends below the water surface to skim. When the water level drops to the lowest point, the skimmer returns to its initial position.
[Performance Features]
● The skimmer achieves automatic speed variation during operation with a wide adjustment range. The equipment operates synchronously with the water level decline at a constant descent speed. The operating speed during skimming can be adjusted according to different water qualities.
● The frequency converter of the electrical control system is installed in the local control box, enabling both manual on-site control and automatic control via signals from the central control room.
● The entire water discharge process effectively blocks floating scum from entering the effluent weir.
● The height of the effluent weir can be adjusted on-site according to discharge requirements.
● Underwater rotating components have excellent sealing performance, with long-lasting and easily replaceable sealing rings, ensuring the effluent quality is supernatant.
● The skimmer operation incorporates limit control to protect the mechanism from damage.
● The drive mechanism is stable and reliable, with low power consumption and operating costs.
