The dry powder dosing device is an intelligent, fully automatic, continuous integrated flocculant dissolution and dosing unit, with a solution preparation range of 0-4000 liters/hour and a concentration of 0.1%-0.5%.
This device consists of a water supply system, dry powder feeding system, dissolution and maturation system, control system, liquid dosing system, and secondary dilution dosing system.
This device is a fully automatic continuous preparation and dosing system for powdered (or liquid) polymer flocculants. Dry powder flocculant enters the premixer from the screw feeder and is premixed with clean water. The moistened material then enters the preparation tank for dilution and is prepared to the required concentration. If it is a liquid flocculant, it is directly dosed into the preparation tank by a screw pump. During the preparation process, if the water flow changes, the flocculant dosing device automatically adjusts to the change in water flow, ensuring that the concentration of the prepared solution remains constant throughout the entire operation.
The prepared solution flows from the preparation tank through the maturation tank and into the storage tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank reaches the high level, the preparation process automatically stops. When the solution level drops to the medium level, the preparation process automatically restarts. Both the preparation tank and maturation tank are equipped with multi-blade agitators to fully ensure the dilution and maturation of the flocculant. Additionally, the lower liquid level signal of the storage tank can be used to control the start and stop of the secondary dilution and dosing process.
This device features a control system integrated with a PLC controller, a Chinese human-machine interface, and a servo proportional controller composed of a single-chip microcomputer. It offers high automation, stable performance, reliable operation, an intuitive Chinese human-machine interface, and simple, clear menu operation.

The automatic flocculant dissolution and dosing device consists of the following parts:

High degree of automation, with the system controlled by PLC and featuring a Chinese human-machine interface. The interface displays the operating status of each unit and allows for easy operation, offering an intuitive human-machine interface that is simple and convenient to use. 
The system is stable and reliable. In case of a fault, related equipment will automatically stop as required and simultaneously issue audible and visual alarms. 
A twin-screw feeder is used for powder dosing, with closed-loop speed control to ensure uniform and dispersed feeding with an accuracy within 1%. 
Under specified production capacity and continuous dosing conditions, the maturation time of the prepared solution is guaranteed to be over 1 hour. The preparation concentration ranges from 0.05% to 0.5%. 
Made of stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance and an attractive appearance. 
The three-tank overflow solution operation system simplifies the equipment structure, reduces size, and facilitates installation. It is suitable for processes involving dissolution and continuous chemical dosing. 
The agitator features a specially designed multi-stage blade structure. 
The premixer accelerates the hydration of the powder, and the water flow state can be adjusted. 
The dry powder feeding amount automatically adjusts to changes in water flow to maintain a constant concentration.
