Principle
Henry's Law of gas dissolution states: the amount of oxygen gas dissolved in water is proportional to its partial pressure above the liquid (and is also related to water temperature). As water temperature increases, the solubility of gases in water decreases. When the water temperature reaches the boiling point, water loses its ability to dissolve gases. At this point, the vapor pressure above the water equals the external pressure, the partial pressure of gases becomes zero, and no gas can dissolve in the water. Based on this principle, this deaerator atomizes water and passes it through special packing materials, fully contacting it with steam to heat it to 104°C, allowing dissolved gases to escape from the water.

Soft water pressure and temperature: 0.2 MPa >20°C
Steam pressure and temperature: 0.33 MPa 145°C
Normal oxygen content in outlet water: ≤0.03mg/L
Safety valve popping pressure: 0.06 MPa
Instructions for Use
High-level arrangement deaerator
First, calibrate the pressure gauge, temperature gauge, safety valve (popping pressure 0.06 MPa), and other control instruments until they are qualified.
Start the soft water pump and feed water through the soft water bypass valve. Stop the pump when the deaerator water tank level is normal, then open the secondary steam to raise the water tank temperature to 100°C.
Open the exhaust valve at the top of the deaerator head (one-quarter to one-half open). Open the manual bypass valves for soft water and steam respectively. When the overflow seal is overflowing and the water temperature reaches 104°C, open the outlet valve and simultaneously start the boiler feed water pump. (If the boiler is not yet operating, the feed water can be fully recirculated to the deaerator tank for a circulation test.)
After manual operation and inspection confirm that everything is normal, switch to automatic operation.
When the equipment is out of service, drain all remaining water, inspect the interior, and perform regular cleaning and internal application of boiler paint.
