Equipment Composition and Working Principle
1. Equipment Composition
The KW series high-efficiency mixed disinfectant generator consists of an electrolyzer, DC power supply, salt dissolution tank, and supporting pipelines, valves, instruments, etc.
2. Working Principle
A certain concentration or saturated salt solution is added to the anode chamber of the electrolyzer, while clean water is added to the cathode chamber. When the 12V DC power supply is connected to initiate electrolysis, mixed disinfectants such as ClO2, Cl2, O3, and H2O2 are generated. These gases are then drawn into the water through a negative pressure pipeline via a water ejector for disinfection.
