Structural Features

The dual-switch filter, also known as a parallel-switch filter, utilizes two three-way ball valves to assemble two single-cartridge filters on one base. Cleaning the filter does not require shutdown, ensuring continuous operation, making it an ideal choice for non-stop production line filtration systems. The filter elements can be made of stainless steel filter cores or high-quality honeycomb-style degreased fiber cotton, capable of filtering particles with a size of 1μ and above. This filter can also be used as a single cartridge by simply removing the common base, with all other dimensions remaining unchanged. Our company's dual-switch filters are characterized by rational assembly, excellent structure, easy operation, fast filtration speed, high dirt-holding capacity, and low operating costs.

The dual filter features polished inner and outer surfaces. The filter cartridge is equipped with a stainless steel filter screen and a screen support basket. The top is fitted with an air release valve to discharge air during filtration. The connection between the upper cover and the filter cartridge adopts a quick-open structure, making it more convenient to clean (or replace) the filter screen. Three adjustable legs ensure stable placement on the ground. The connecting pipelines use quick-connect or clamp connections, and the inlet and outlet valves are three-way ball valves for opening and closing, offering pressure and temperature resistance, flexible and convenient operation, and no material leakage, ensuring hygiene.

Scope of Application

1. Weakly corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as water, ammonia, oil products, hydrocarbons, etc.
2. Corrosive materials in chemical production, such as caustic soda, concentrated and dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, acetic acid, etc.
3. Low-temperature materials in refrigeration, such as liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, and various refrigerants.
4. Materials with hygiene requirements in light industry, food, and pharmaceutical production, such as beer, beverages, dairy products, grain syrup, medical products, etc.
