Scope of Application

Suitable for the protection and cooling of liquid fires with flash points above 60°C in the petrochemical industry, as well as storage facilities for Class A, B, and C liquids and flammable gases.

1. The rated working pressure of the sprinkler head is 0.35 MPa, with a water supply intensity of 9–11 L/min·m² and a water supply flow rate of 2–3 m/s;

2. A filter with a mesh size of 50 should be installed before the water supply valve;

3. Pipes are connected using flat-welded plate flanges;

4. Customers can determine sprinkler head parameters, water supply intensity, number of water supply lines, and number of ring pipe layers based on actual conditions. Our company can provide customized design services.

Ordering Information

1. Select the product model that matches the storage tank;

2. The ordering unit must provide the manufacturer with a schematic diagram of the installation orientation for the tank sprinkler system;

3. The ordering unit must provide the manufacturer with data such as the required flow rate, pressure, spray angle, corresponding pipeline pressure, and fire pump parameters for the sprinkler heads;

4. The ordering unit must provide the manufacturer with a schematic diagram of the tank ladder orientation.
