Working Principle

When the refined oil flows in from the inlet, solid impurities are removed by the filter screen installed in the cylinder. As the liquid passes through the filter assembly, the direction of the liquid flow is altered, allowing free gas and partially dissolved gas in the oil to fully escape. The gas rises to the top of the separator, forming a gas space and creating an oil-gas interface. As the gas accumulates, the pressure increases and the volume expands, causing the oil-gas interface to descend. When it drops to a certain level, the float mechanism activates, opening the gas valve to release the gas. The oil-gas interface then rises, the gas space shrinks, and the float mechanism closes the gas valve. In this way, the medium passing through the degassing filter achieves the separation of oil, gas, and solids.
