Emergency Pressure Relief Manhole

Working Principle

Under normal operation of the flame arrestor breather valve, the emergency pressure relief manhole remains essentially sealed, and the storage tank maintains normal pressure. When the breather valve's normal operation cannot cope with the rapid overpressure in the tank due to unexpected reasons, the pressure relief cover of the manhole automatically lifts to perform emergency pressure relief, keeping the tank pressure within the normal range. When the tank experiences rapid pressure reduction or excessive vacuum, the intake valve opens abruptly to吸入 (suck in) the atmosphere, maintaining normal pressure inside the tank. When the incoming atmosphere carries sparks or flames, the flame arrestor layer utilizes the "wall effect" to prevent the passage of flames, thereby ensuring the safety of the storage tank.
