Henan Bondray Scientific Co., Ltd. is located in the Fine Chemical New Materials Industrial Park of Loucun, Huojia County, which is a specialized fine chemical industrial park designated by the Henan Provincial Government. The company is dedicated to the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients and their key intermediates. In 2020, with a total investment of 369 million yuan, the first phase of the project was constructed, covering an area of approximately 100 mu (about 6.67 hectares), with a total building area of about 55,000 square meters. It includes five production workshops of 5,000 square meters each (22 meters in height), comprising four Class A and one Class C workshops, complete with public utilities and comprehensive environmental protection facilities. Following the strategy of "developing one generation, researching one generation, producing one generation, and reserving one generation," the company is currently processing the land acquisition procedures for the second phase of the project, which involves 260 mu of chemical industrial land within the park.
The preliminary plan includes projects for the production of 7,600 tons of propionyl triketone, 2,3-dimethyl-1-nitroisourea, azoxystrobin, and dimethomorph, covering an area of 100 mu with a total investment of 369 million yuan. The environmental impact assessment has been reviewed and approved by the environmental authorities. The company has also obtained qualifications for the resource utilization of chemical hazardous waste, enabling it to accept and process distillation residues, waste acids, organic solvents, and other chemical hazardous wastes generated by the pharmaceutical, pesticide, and dye industries for resource recovery.
The safety evaluation has passed the safety review, and the specialized safety design and engineering of the project were undertaken and completed by Guangdong Zhenghe Engineering Co., Ltd. (Class A qualification).
