This system consists of both software and hardware components. 1. Weighing Function

The weighing management software can handle weighing processes for inbound, outbound, and internal transfer of materials.

The software can pre-store commonly used information during weighing, such as license plate number, cargo name, consignee, consignor, specifications, grade, model, etc. Input is done with a simple click, reducing the need for manual Chinese character entry, improving operation speed, and reducing labor intensity.

2. Weight Cannot Be Manually Entered

The gross weight and tare weight are automatically received from the weighing instrument; manual entry or copy-pasting is disabled to prevent errors.

3. Detectable Starting Point Can Be Set

Weights below the set starting point are filtered out as invalid data and not collected, ensuring data accuracy.

4. Delay Stabilization Function

The software allows setting a stabilization time; data is not collected until the weight stabilizes, preventing fluctuations caused by vehicle engine vibrations during weighing.

5. Versatile Query and Statistics Function

The software can query weighing records for the current shift on the scale or all scales for the day.

Supports statistical summaries based on various conditions or combinations, such as consignee, consignor, license plate number, cargo name, specifications, grade, scale number, etc.
