Changzhou Ruiming Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is located at No. 1558 Longjiang North Road, Chunjiang Town, Xinbei District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and was established in 2004.

The company is adjacent to the Yangtze River and the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, offering convenient transportation and a superior environment.

The company covers an area of 25,000 square meters. Currently, it has nine main buildings: three chemical synthesis workshops, one refining, drying, and packaging workshop (compliant with GMP requirements), one liquid raw material warehouse, one solid raw material warehouse (divided into raw and auxiliary material storage, intermediate storage, and finished product storage), a power house, a maintenance workshop, an office building, and a living quarters building.

The company implements GMP requirements for all activities involved in production and quality management.

To date, three active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) have passed domestic GMP inspections in July 2009, July 2011, and July 2015, respectively: Propafenone Hydrochloride, Felodipine, and Amlodipine Besylate. Among them, Amlodipine Besylate obtained the CEP certificate from EDQM in August 2011 and received an updated CEP certificate in August 2016. The company passed an on-site audit by the EU in May 2017 and an on-site audit by Japan's PMDA in December 2017.
