Hubei Kesai Chemical Co., Ltd. is a state-controlled company jointly established by Hubei Dongfang Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China North Industries Group Corporation (NORINCOGROUP), and Shanghai Haotong Investment Management Group Co., Ltd. The company was founded on December 6, 2006, and in November 2015, it merged with Qianjiang Xianqiao Chemical Products Co., Ltd., forming the new Hubei Kesai Chemical Co., Ltd.
