In 2014, Jihechang partnered with Aoke Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300082) to establish Wuhan Aoke Special Chemical Co., Ltd. in the Wuhan Chemical Industrial Park. In 2017, Jihechang conducted a private placement to Aoke Co., Ltd., making Aoke Special Chemical a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jihechang, and Aoke Co., Ltd. became a shareholder of Jihechang.
