Guangxi Kelifang New Material Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Guangxi Institute of New Functional Materials, which is part of the Guangxi Industrial Technology Research Institute. The Guangxi Institute of New Functional Materials Co., Ltd. is one of the first directly affiliated research institutes under the Guangxi Industrial Technology Research Institute, dedicated to building an innovative R&D platform that integrates technological breakthroughs, achievement transformation, and scientific services.

Supported by the Guangxi Industrial Technology Research Institute and under the leadership of the Guangxi Department of Science and Technology, a high-level R&D team has been established, led by outstanding Guangxi experts with young and middle-aged doctors and masters as the backbone. The core products are high-performance phosphate series anti-corrosion and anti-rust pigments, utilizing the key "impinging stream reaction" technology developed in collaboration with universities in Wuhan. This marks the first application of "impinging stream reaction" technology in the preparation of anti-rust pigments in China. The company has established a shared pilot base for functional materials and an industrial base for anti-corrosion materials. The first phase of the industrial base has an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons, certified under the GB/T 19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 quality management system, and has completed EU REACH registration. Under the brand "Kelifang," the company provides reliable and environmentally friendly anti-corrosion and anti-rust pigments to a wide range of customers.
